PAGGAWA NG COCO BURGER

Ingredients:

900 g sapal (fresh)
100 g ground meat
1/2 tsp. iodized salt
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 cup all purpose flour
4 pcs. eggs
2 tbsp. garlic chopped
1/2 cup minced onion
oil for deep frying

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients, then mix thoroughly.
2. Age in refrigerator for 2 hours.
3. Mold.
